Ordering
When should I use "place an entire order myself" and when should I use "MyWaiter" to send an e-mail "inviting others to join an order"?
MyTownMenu offers two types of ordering. Individual orders ("place an entire order myself") are great when you are ordering for yourself or when you are ordering on behalf of a group of people (such as your family or friends). Also, it may be easier to use an individual order when people are already gathered together around a single computer or are in close proximity to each other.
Conversely, group orders are great when ordering with a larger group of people spread out over a larger area (for example, your department at work) or building, as group orders allow each person to enter his/her order from their own computer. This prevents people from passing around menus and walking around the building taking orders. Also, group orders automatically split up the bill, so each person knows exactly how much they owe. Check the group order questions for more information about group orders.
How do I begin ordering?
To begin an individual order, go to the Find Restaurants page and select your desired restaurant. Once you select an item from the menu, your order has begun! For group orders, please see the group order questions for more information.
Can I order from or deliver to, more than one location?
Yes, you can place an order from home, work, or from any other location where you have internet access. You can also have multiple addresses stored in the system for quick ordering (i.e. home address, work address, etc.) or simply input a new address for one time use.

Delivery Orders
How do I know if a restaurant delivers to my address?
Go to the Find Restaurants and enter your address. MyTownMenu will show you exactly which restaurants deliver to your location.
How are delivery charges determined?
Each restaurant handles delivery charges differently. Some add a delivery charge for each item, and will delivery any size order. Others charge a flat fee and only delivery orders above a certain price. For every delivery order, MyTownMenu calculates the exact delivery charge based on the restaurant's delivery policy.

MyWaiter Group Orders
How does the "MyWaiter" tool allow me to place group orders?
If you are planning a group event, a meeting, or simply placing an office lunch order, you can save time by using "MyWaiter" Group Orders. This tool allows you to send an e-mail invitation to all individuals you wish to include. MyWaiter then allows the individuals, who wish to participate, to place their food order from their own computer. Users have until a deadline, which you provide, to join the order. Once the deadline arrives, the order is automatically sent to the restaurant electronically and will be ready for pickup or delivery at the time specified. The final bill is listed with each person's total already calculated.
